Blueberry, Dragonfruit and Edible Viola Smoothie Bowl

Blueberries are a top produce pick this week, white dragonfruit is amazing quality and violas are in season. A must add to your breakfast menu this November.

Violet Smoothie Bowl: 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1 frozen banana 1 tablespoon chia seeds A handful of spinach 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk) 1/2 cup rolled oats Blend all in a blender and top with dried blueberries and any toppings you like.
